Senior Product Manager – Digital Experience

Riyadh Air, headquartered in the Saudi Capital, is the new national airline that’s shaping the future of flying. This role will focus on managing, developing, implementing, and improving the end-to-end guest / staff digital products and experiences to translate the strategic vision into a digital experience.


  • Lead complex initiatives, produce personas, storyboards, scenarios, flowcharts, design prototypes, and design specifications that show how digital products enhance and fit within the context of an overall experience and user ecosystems.
  • Lead the ideation and conceptual development of front-end experience; work with Guest Experience, Product Design, Content and Marketing to ideate front-facing guest / staff features, bringing developed concepts to life.
  • Act as a liaison between various internal and external stakeholders, including leadership, function heads, engineering, design, operations, commercial, marketing, and executive management.
  • Lead by influence across a diverse team of engineers, data scientists, finance, compliance, legal, and business executives
  • Facilitate workshops to identify key business drivers and requirements.
  • Translate solution vision into a product vision/roadmap containing well-defined, prioritized features that will realize the solution and business / guest value.
  • Co-manage the budget for digital value stream projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Co-build with the Digital, Commercial, Ops, Data, and Guest Experience teams; create and support business cases to drive digital product/service enhancements and recommendations.


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer-centric ‘agile’ organization.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in management / product lead roll. Customer-facing products, with a focus on both 0 to 1 product development and scaling growth.
  • Experience in unlocking significant product-led growth in B2C space is essential.
  • Platform product management experience, building products that can be leveraged by a variety of business, guest, and staff stakeholders.


  • A bachelor’s degree (master’s or Advanced degree preferred) in Design (e.g., interaction, service, product, industrial), Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science (CS) or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.


  • Understanding of design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Abstract, etc.
  • A unique combination of product excellence, commercial thinking, technical acumen, effective communication, and collaboration skills and attention to detail.
  • Mastery in leading change and inspire others to change behaviors.
  • Ability to define financials, ROI, KPIs, and forecasts, with success leveraging data to make decisions about product feature increments.
  • Excellent command of English spoken and written, and Arabic will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage complex operations in a fast-paced environment.
