Director - HR Business Partnering

JOB ROLE 

As the Director HR Business Partnering at Riyadh Air, you will be a trusted advisor and strategic partner to our executive leadership team. You will lead the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals and foster a high-performance culture. Your expertise in various HR functional areas will enable you to provide comprehensive HR guidance and support to drive employee engagement, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.

GENERAL ACTIVITIES

  • Collaborate with the executive leadership team to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies that align with the company's overall vision and mission.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to senior leaders in areas such as talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and organizational design.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, including culture-building programs, recognition programs, and employee surveys, to enhance the employee experience and promote a positive work environment.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to develop and implement effective recruitment and retention strategies, ensuring a strong pipeline of top talent for key roles.
  • Support leadership in developing and implementing performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and talent development plans.
  • Provide counsel and guidance on complex employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Compensation and Benefits team to develop competitive and equitable compensation programs and benefits packages.
  • Lead change management initiatives and ensure effective communication strategies to drive organizational change and facilitate a smooth transition.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices, and proactively recommend innovative HR solutions to enhance operational effectiveness and employee engagement.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, fostering a consultative and collaborative approach to HR services.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR professionals, promoting their growth and professional development.

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS 

Professional Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, including experience in a strategic HRBP role at the Director level or equivalent.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and drive organizational performance.
  • Proven track record of successfully partnering with senior leaders to provide strategic HR guidance and support.

Academic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) is strongly preferred.

  • Experience in the airline or transportation industry is a plus.
