Senior Manager – Indirect Sales

JOB ROLE 

We are looking for a professional Senior Manager – Indirect Sales who will be responsible for analyzing work activities and setting performance measures in support of the indirect channel's business plan. In addition, the Senior Manager – Indirect Sales will be responsible for opening new channels with new brokerage companies.

GENERAL ACTIVITIES

  • Develop and implement indirect Sales targets and initiatives for Consumer Business Unit.
  • Develop a sales strategy for dealers and other resellers.
  • Supervise management of customer relationships, sales commissions and monitor the performance of indirect sales channels.
  • Influence owned store operations and provide support to enhance sales.
  • Supervise training of partners about new offers and systems.
  • Supervise coordination of promotional activities with POS (Point of Sales) Promotion within Consumer Business Unit.
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy that aligns with the airline’s strategy and objectives.
  • Supervise coordination of promotional activities with relevant departments.
  • Ensure alignment of sales strategy with the overall brand experience to ensure high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure adherence to operating budget of the airline’s Commercial Department.
  • Ensure sales channel profitability.
  • Develop talent within the team by providing consistent direction and support to achieve stretch targets.
  • Manage the team on a daily basis including resolving issues and maintaining high motivation levels within the team.
  • Complete accurate, objective and fact-based performance appraisals for all direct subordinates on time.

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS 

Professional Experience

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Sales, 3 years of which are in the aviation industry.

Academic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or in any relevant field.
