Manager - Onboarding

JOB ROLE 

We are looking for a Manager - Onboarding to oversee the end-end process before and after new employees join our airline. The Manager - Onboarding will play a pivotal role in ensuring our hires experience a smooth and seamless onboarding process.

The Manager - Onboarding will be the primary point of contact for and provides critical support to candidates, hiring managers, and internal HR and business stakeholders to provide a world-class onboarding experience for newly hired employees. They are responsible for ensuring timely execution and completion of a seamless workflow for each new employee.

GENERAL ACTIVITIES

  • Develop and organize a new hire orientation program (first day, first week, first month and first quarter).
  • Act as a consultant to new employees.
  • Create and update Riyadh Air’s employee handbook.
  • Schedule and oversee training sessions for new employees, ensuring they are set up for success in their new role.
  • Communicate with new hires before their start date to provide necessary information (e.g. work schedules, visa, accommodation details, contract details etc.) to ensure a seamless entry into Riyadh Air.
  • Manage a team that will process employment paperwork in line with KSA Labour Law.
  • Liaise with external providers to help coordinate the relocation procedures for expats as required.
  • Liaise with internal teams such as IT and HR to create corporate accounts for new employees.
  • As part of your commitment to continuous improvement, gather candidate experience feedback from new employees and use this information to implement changes to the onboarding process.
  • Ensuring new starters Identification documents are received and properly stored, along with enrolling new starters for pension plans, health plans, and any other relevant programs run by the business.

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS 

Professional Experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience at a managerial level. Prior experience working in a role that oversees the implementation of a robust onboarding process.

Academic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field
