JOB ROLE 

Riyadh Air is seeking an ambitious Officer Employee Services to join our People & Culture team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing HR services to employees and ensuring that all HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively. This role is open to candidates from both multinational and start-up backgrounds who have at least 3 years of experience in HR or a related field.

GENERAL ACTIVITIES

  • Provide HR services to employees, including onboarding, benefits administration, and HR-related inquiries.
  • Manage the HRIS system and ensure that employee records are accurate and up to date.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide support to the People & Culture team in various HR-related projects and initiatives.

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS 

Professional Experience

  • At least 3 years of experience in HR or a related field.
  • Experience in providing HR services to employees and managing an HRIS system.
  • Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations.
  • Experience in analyzing HR metrics and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Academic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration or a related field.

Competency Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
