Digital Direct Engagement Manager

JOB PURPOSE:

The Digital Direct Engagement Manager leads our organization's digital direct Sales communications efforts. This role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital engagement strategies, with a strong focus on email marketing, SMS, push notifications, and other digital channels. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, creative, and adept at leveraging digital platforms to drive customer engagement and revenue growth.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Develop and execute a holistic digital direct Engagement strategy that encompasses email marketing, SMS marketing, push notifications, and other relevant digital channels.
  • Email Marketing: Manage all aspects of email marketing Sales campaigns, including strategy, list segmentation, content creation, A/B testing, and performance analysis. Ensure email campaigns comply with best practices and legal regulations.
  • SMS Marketing: Oversee SMS marketing campaigns, from audience segmentation to message creation and delivery. Monitors opt-in/opt-out processes and maintains compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Push Notifications: Develop and implement push notification strategies for our mobile app and website. Optimize the timing, content, and targeting of push messages to maximize user engagement and conversions.
  • Multichannel Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital direct Engagement efforts with other marketing channels, such as social media, content marketing, and paid advertising, to create cohesive and effective campaigns.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to track the performance of digital direct sales communication campaigns. Analyze key metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, ROI, deliverability, and use insights to refine strategies.
  • Audience Segmentation: Define and refine customer segments for personalized messaging. Utilize customer data and behavior to create targeted campaigns that resonate with specific audience segments.
  • Automation and Personalization: Implement automation tools and personalization techniques to deliver relevant and timely messages to customers across digital channels.
  • Budget Management: Manage the digital direct budget, allocate resources effectively, and ensure campaigns deliver a positive return on investment.
  • Compliance and Privacy: Stay informed about and adhere to relevant data privacy regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA, to ensure all digital activities are compliant.
  • Technology Evaluation: Keep abreast of emerging digital technologies and tools, evaluating their potential to enhance campaign effectiveness.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email marketing, SMS marketing, and push notifications.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).

SKILLS:

  • Proficiency in automation platforms and email software (e.g., Adobe campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant digital marketing regulations and best practices.
  • Project management skills to oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously.

LICENSES:

  • Licenses in any of the widely used outbound communication platforms is an advantage (Adobe, Oracle Responsys.)
  • Any digital marketing certificate is a plus (SEO)
