Senior People Services Officer - Saudi National Only

JOB PURPOSE:

The Senior People Services Officer is responsible for overseeing and managing human resources functions within the organization. This role involves handling various aspects of the employee life cycle, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. Plays a key role in supporting & enhancing the overall employee experience.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Address employee queries and concerns regarding HR policies, benefits, and other related matters.
  • Deliver HR transactions to the businesses, ensuring all deadlines are met and employee are satisfied with the level of service.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Communicate benefits information to employees and assist with enrolment processes.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
  • Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labour legislation.
  • Managing E-government platforms such as Qiwa and Gosi.
  • Off boarding - Manage the employee exit process, conduct exit interviews, and analyse feedback & ensure a smooth transition for departing employees.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

  • 3+ years of experience within HR Operations
  • Familiarity with HRIS and HCM software such as Oracle

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or any relevant field.
  • Proven experience in human resources roles.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Sound knowledge of Saudi labour law.
  • Discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.

SKILLS:

  • Experienced in HRIS and HR systems.
  • Strong written and spoken English languages.
  • Ability to communicate and present with confidence and conviction.
  • Good problem-solving skills and good influence and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to plan and implement projects and initiatives.
