Admin Support Officer - Engineering & Maintenance (KSA Nationals Only)

JOB PURPOSE:

The Engineering and Maintenance Officer is responsible for the meticulous processing of GACA Airman Certificates, license applications/examinations, and overseeing the issuance of Authorization Cards and Stamps. This role involves maintaining training records, fostering effective communication with Riyadh Air management, managing attendance administration, and delivering accurate job tickets and revenue reports. The incumbent plays a crucial part in upholding regulatory compliance and operational excellence within the engineering and maintenance domain.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Prepare and process applications for GACA Airman Certificates, license application/examination for submission to Quality Assurance/ Chief Inspector.
  • Receive and distribute Authorization Cards and Stamps to Maintenance and Inspection team after issuance from Quality Assurance/ Chief Inspector.
  • Maintenance of training record updates and follow up (Aircraft Type Rating, Regulatory & Company training requirements).
  • Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective communication, coordination, and working relations with the management in Riyadh Air.
  • Leading day-to-day attendance administration, including bi-weekly and monthly attendance processing, collecting timesheets from different Line Stations.
  • Providing monthly job tickets and revenue report as required.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

  • 2 years Minimum experience in a relevant role.
  • Basic knowledge in working across diverse teams to facilitate solutions.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Aviation Management, Engineering or related field A related discipline is preferred field is preferred.

SKILLS

  • Excellent command of English spoken and written.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage complex operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in project management tools and software is added value. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
