Senior Onboarding Officer - Saudi Nationals only

Riyadh Air, headquartered in the Saudi Capital, is the new national airline that’s shaping the future of flying. It seeks to lead the aviation industry by transforming Saudi Arabia into a global aviation and trade hub – a new, digitally native airline, connecting the kingdom to more than 100 destinations.

JOB PURPOSE:

To oversee and manage the onboarding process for new hires within Riyadh Air. To play a crucial role in integrating new employees into Riyadh Air and ensuring a smooth transition into their roles. To work on implementing different onboarding solutions and initiatives.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Understanding of new joiners needs.
  • Work with all relevant sections to ensure all operational arrangements are in order, to create the best personalized experience possible for new joiners.
  • Provide a service that supports the integration of new joiners into Riyadh Air by providing administrative assistance, resources, and knowledge, ensuring the best personalized experience possible.
  • Coordinate inductions, visa applications, as well as the general introduction to Riyadh Air’s culture and life.
  • Act as the single point of contact with the new joiner as soon as formal offer has been accepted.
  • Managing Riyadh Air Welcome Hub.
  • Design and facilitating orientation sessions.
  • Coordinating all relocation and joining logistics for new hires.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as HR specialist, administrator, and/or HR officer.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources or any relevant fields.

SKILLS:

  • Excellent command of both English and Arabic, spoken and written.
